OTE S.A. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the https://account.cosmote.gr   that concerns COSMOTE ID login, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 “Specific Compliance Requirements for Websites” of Decision No. 1095/6/18-12-2023 (Government Gazette B’ 7705/31.12.2023) of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT), titled "Issuance of a Regulation defining requirements for providers of publicly available electronic communications services to ensure equal access and choice for end-users with disabilities in accordance with Law 4727/2020", and in alignment with both national and European Union accessibility legislation.

This accessibility statement applies exclusively to the COSMOTE id login system which is accessible through https://account.cosmote.gr. OTE S.A. is not responsible for the accessibility of third-party websites that may be accessed through hyperlinks on our site.

Limitations and Alternatives

As part of our ongoing and consistent efforts to ensure the accessibility of COSMOTE id login, issues previously identified on screens such as Login, Sign up, Activate, Account & Password Recovery, Recovery Data have been resolved. However, some limitations may still persist.

    Justification for non-resolution: Resolving this issue would require a fundamental redesign of the application, which is not currently planned for implementation in the near future. However, continuous efforts are being made to identify a functional solution that ensures accessibility for all users.
