  • Call analysis starts from the date you upgrade the user.

  • The upgraded user will see the call analysis for the last month only and will have the right to download it in Excel format within this period until the next bill is issued.

  • In case the mobile phone changes users, you must deactivate the user's right to view the analysis and activate it again so that the new user does not see the call analysis of the previous user.

  • Make sure you are certain of the user's identity based on the email and MSIDN to avoid mistakes.
